General Questions

Is Mystic Loon Studio's location open to visitors or shopping?

Currently my professional studio is not open to the public. The online shop is always displaying all available art.  If you are local and would like to pick up your purchase in person, please contact.

How long have you been an artist?

I was always interested in art growing up. I began seriously focusing on my first projects in the later 1980s. With a number of pieces complete by 1989-1990, my wood carvings were exclusively sold in Acadia National Park at the Jordan Pond Gift Shop, or to private purchasers.  Learn more

Shipping Questions

When will my order be shipped?

We enthusiastically ship all orders ASAP, with jewelry and prints generally shipping within 1-3 business days, but please allow up to five business days for multiple item orders or carvings.

What are your shipping options?

We are proud to provide worldwide shipping via the United States Postal Service. Our standard shipping (where available) is USPS Priority Mail™ for domestic and international shipments. USPS Ground Advantage™ may be available for some items.

Your order will ship within 1-3 business days for jewelry and small items. Multiple items will ship together for a single cost. Orders of more than three items may incur a small additional charge.

Wood carvings require exceptional packaging and shipping for safe delivery. Please click here or follow purchase and shipping instructions on the product page.

For single print orders, please follow normal checkout procedures. To order multiple prints for one combined shipping charge, please click here.

I'm local—can I pick up my purchase instead of paying for shipping?

Yes! Local purchases may be received in person to avoid shipping charges.  Please use the website store and select 'local pickup' for shipping.  Pickup is by appointment only. We will contact you after purchase to make arrangements.

What is your return policy?

I want you to feel happy and connected with your purchase! If you don't, please reach out and tell me why.

All sales are final, unless otherwise defined below.

My original, hand-crafted artwork is carefully packaged and every order is fully protected and insured through USPS.  

If any shipping related damage occurred to your order, please let us know immediately upon discovery. While extremely rare, any shipping damage must be reported in writing within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Jewelry

All jewelry offers a 10 day return window from delivery date to make sure it works for you. 

Please double check sizes first. If you would like more photos or video of the piece, or are unsure and would like to consult with me on sizing, please send a message and I'll be happy to help!

If you purchased a piece that just doesn't fit, or if anything isn't what you expected, send it back in new condition within 10 calendar days for a full refund. You must request return authorization first.*

Wood Carvings

All sales are final for wood carvings and other dimensional art.

If you would like to view a piece in person before purchase, please send me a message to arrange.

Prints

All sales are final for printed artwork.
